PS 1151
PS 1151 anti-washout admixture is a ready-to-use liquid cellulose-based
admixture specially developed for cellular concrete, foamed grout, or
foamed cement slurry placed under water. High-performance cement-based
mixtures treated with PS 1151 anti-washout admixture exhibit superior
resistance to washout of cement and fines by resisting blending with the
water medium during placement. PS 1151 anti-washout admixture produces a
high-performance cement-based mixture.
Features
Reduction in washout of cement and fines
Thixotropic action that provides stiffening after placement
Improved stability of cement-based mixtures during transport and
placement
Benefits
Reduction and/or elimination of dewatering and associated costs
Reduced environmental impact
Superior and predictable in-place properties

Meyco Rock Bolt & Anchor Grout
MEYCO
FIX RBA Grout is an non-catalyzed, multi-purpose, underground
construction grout containing mineral aggregate. This portland cement
based product is designed to be used for full encapsulation of tunnel
and mine rock bolts and anchors; soil and rock stabilization; and void
filing applications. MEYCO FIX RBA Grout is particularly suitable for
installations requiring low permeability, high early strength
development and very high corrosion resistance. MEYCO FIX RBA Grout may
be mixed to flowable, plastic or thixotropic consistency to allow easy
filling of down holes and overhead holes.
Features
Free of
inorganic accelerators including chlorides or other salts detrimental to
steel
Range
of water addition from thixotropic to flowable without segregation
Early
strength development
Low
permeability
Benefits
Improved corrosion protection
Easily
pumped at all consistencies

Meyco™ Fix Flowcable
MEYCO Fix Flowcable special multicomponent rheoplastic admixture is used
in cement-based grouts to reduce the mixing water requirements and
produce a flowable, pumpable, thixotropic, non-shrink, non-segregation,
impermeable, high-strength grout with any type of portland cement. MEYCO
Fix Flowcable admixture is used for rock and ground support and
stabilization, as well as grout used for the protection of
post-tensioned cables in prestressed concrete and for full encapsulation
of tunnel and mine rock bolts and anchors.
Features
When used in the recommended applications, MEYCO Fix Flowcable admixture
produces a thixotropic grout with the following unique properties:
Low water-cement ratio
Bleedwater control
High-early strength*
Long potlife (open time)*
High ultimate strength*
* These parameters are dependent upon the type of cement used in the
grout.
Benefits
Pumps and places more easily
Shrinkage compensated
Dense, compact and impermeable, ensuring maximum protection of steel
members against corrosion caused by aggressive agents
Hydration Control
þ
Delvocrete
29
DELVOcrete 29 admixture is a unique, non-chloride chemical admixture
that controls the dynamics of cement hydration by suspending the
hydration process for hours or even days without affecting the quality
of hardened shotcrete.
When DELVOcrete 29 liquid admixture is dispensed into wet or dry mixes
at the batching plant, it fully stabilizes the hydration process by
forming a protective barrier around the cement particles.
Features
Fully flexible delivery options for batched shotcrete
Complete use of wet and dry mixes
Higher early strengths
Always working with fresh concrete, up to 3 days
Benefits
Reduced waste disposal
No cleaning of pumps or pipes during work interruptions
Flexibility in allocating time, materials, manpower and equipment
Expensive bagged material can be replaced by economical jobsite mixes
Considerable savings of overall construction costs
Considerable reduction of rebound and dust
Impact / Abrasion Resistance

Meyco
Anvil-Mine
MEYCO Anvil-Mine cementitious/metallic aggregate topping is formulated
to produce extended working time and extra heavy-duty protection against
abrasion and impact. MEYCO Anvil-Mine topping can be either
cast-in-place or sprayed using conventional shotcreting equipment.
Features
Up to eight times the abrasion resistance of concrete
Up to four times the impact resistance of plain concrete
High compression strength with lower modulus of elasticity than other
equal compressive strength cementitious materials (less brittle and more
resistant to dynamic loads)
High resistance to point loading
Excellent ductility and energy absorption capacity (toughness)
Distributes impact stress over greater area
High density
High slump consistency
Reduces bleeding of surface
Benefits
Minimizes shutdown time and provides ease of rehabilitation of key
installations (simply apply over high wear areas)
Superior absorption rate to resist degredation by water, oil or solvents |
