MEYCO FIX SLF 20 foaming agent was developed for soil conditioning in
tunneling with shielded TBM excavation.

Tail Shield Sealant
~ Meyco Fix TSG 6
MEYCO FIX TSG 6Â tail-shield sealant is used for shielded tunnel boring
machines (TBMs). MEYCO FIX TSG 6 sealant effectively seals the gap
between the shield and concrete segments to prevent the ingress of soil,
water or grout.
MEYCO FIX TSG 6 sealant is formulated to resist water and ground
pressures and will not break down under high mechanical pressures. It
has excellent pumping properties and will adhere to any metal or
concrete surface.

MEYCO FIX TSG 7Â tail-shield sealant is used for shielded tunnel boring
machines (TBMs). MEYCO FIX TSG 7 sealant effectively seals the gap
between the shield and concrete segments to prevent the ingress of soil,
water or grout.
MEYCO FIX TSG 7 sealant is formulated as a "first fill" product to
resist water and ground pressures and not break down under high
mechanical pressures. After the initial "first fill" application, the
use of MEYCO FIX TSG 6 sealant is recommended to ensure effective TBM
tail shield protection. MEYCO FIX TSG 7 sealant has excellent pumping
properties and adhesion on all surfaces.
